Good morning from Rawdon we've been taking it easy and relaxing with myfemfriend the last few days. You know what my blood pressure has been dropping from the all time high 160/90 at my cardiologist office. back down to 131/83. I have a theory about this if you don't mind my laymans expression, the more blood you get to stay down to the end of your dick takes the pressure down thus alleviating the problem elswhere.
Actually both of us have been catching up on the sleep we've missed. So we get together and sleep. I used to get up so early before around 4AM in the dead of winter but as soon as the sun strengthens I can actually wait for light to awaken. I don't mess the bed up and sleep peacefully waking up feeling refreshed!
We also cooked food the time she was here. I have a cooked lasagna in the freezer plus I have another meal for tonite. SG also cleaned out the fridge and gave it a fresh start. At least now I know what I have in the cooler, and in the pantry. Ah women can't do without 'em. It's melting in M&M again. Out walking we couldn't find our way around this big water hole in the middle of Morin Street in M&M here's a photo taken yesterday... 
Other photos we didn't take, were of potholes that were filled with a rubbery mix on Vincent Massey to the depanneur. Thank you. You have been noticed. April 1 2008 - - Timmins Ontario. Wedding bells are in the air, as Shania and Zen finally decide to tie the knot. After months of speculation by the Paparazzi, the engagement announcement came, 
directly from the happy couple at the Motel Six bar in Timmins Ontario this morning, where there was a huge party going on. The media was all over it. When asked how the couple would fair, given the enormous wealth of the Zenman, and the relative poverty of Shania's side, Shania replied, ' I didn't choose Zen because of his money, it was pure love! I love his smile, I love his sense of humour, and I especially love his bald spot." This afternoon, the happy couple is winging their way south to Puerta Vallarta, where they plan to swim with the dolphins. "I love to snowmobile, said Zen, and in fact, that's how we first met, but this winter has gone on long enough. We just want to be together somewhere warm." Although they have not set a date yet, The Canadian Press is already predicting this will be the Canadian wedding event of the year.
